I've tried publishing using Windows Live Writer a few times to a blog that my brother-in-law set up on our website. You can find a few recent posts at:

Now that Google has integrated Picasa, Blogger, and Gmail it is tempting to stick with Blogger.
(Blogger certainly is more visually appealing...)
